Sweet and Sour Pork: Review

I found this recipe one night when I was trying to find something to do with pork tenderloin (something I’m always trying to do whenever I have one on hand, it seems.) This recipe’s really easy and can be whipped together in just a few minutes too, which I always appreciate! Whether your entire menu is going to be Chinese or you just need a great pork dish to pair with whatever else you’re having, this one’s always a winner around our table!
