Spicy Plum Chicken Thighs: Review

Well, I just brought you that great chicken stock tip from Bobby Flay the other day, so I thought it appropriate that I put up one of his actual recipes too. And although I tried this one awhile ago, I still remember how delicious it was!

I did make a few changes to the recipe, but only because I didn’t have everything it called for. So instead of a Thai chile, I used a jalapeno, and for lime juice I substituted lemon juice. The chicken wasn’t very spicy. It may be if you use a Thai chile instead of just one jalapeno like I did. Still, it was terrific and people who don’t like spicy food may actually prefer it that way. Either way you really should try it, either my way or Bobby’s!
