Salmon with Lemon and Dill: Review

What I love most about this recipe is that my entire family will eat it! The only concern I actually had was Brent, who thinks that he doesn’t really like fish that much. That being said, I’ve never seen him wince once after eating a piece so he must at least sorta like it. Plus, this salmon is cooked in butter so, who wouldn’t like it?

The other thing I really love about this recipe is that it’s super-easy to make. I don’t even measure out the ingredients anymore, I just use about equal amounts of butter and lemon and go generous with the garlic (although I always go generous with the garlic!) Pour it over and you’re done. The only problem for me often is finding a side dish that will be ready just as quickly!
