What’s there to say about this meatloaf? Coming from Martha Stewart, it’d better be good and this meatloaf does not disappoint. It does take a little while to make the first few times you make it but once you become comfortable with the recipe, it’s a snap. Not only is it full of flavour and oh-so-juicy, but it’s also the tenderest meatloaf I’ve ever eaten. And the fact that you get two meals out of one recipe just tickles me toes!
