I needed jam for a wonderful glazed ham recipe that I really wanted to try (and did, it was goooood!) Thinking that pineapple pairs so naturally with ham, I found this recipe on All Recipes instead of using the marmalade the recipe calls for. The jam wasn’t just awesome on my ham, it’s also very nice on toast and to use the last little bit up, I even used it for some jam tarts I made – and they were yummy, too. The creator of the recipe is right when she says that “it’s like summer in a bowl.” It’s perfect and will really have your palate exploding! If you want to make a jam that’s truly different, and truly delicious, give this one a try!
