Horseradish Chops on Sauteed Spinach: Review

These chops are so simple to make, but they are bursting with flavour when they come out of the oven! The bite of the horseradish plays beautifully with the subtle taste of the spinach; and when it’s layered under the chop like that, you get a little bit of everything with each and every bite. My girls really loved this recipe too; but they’ll eat just about anything if I put spinach on their plate. Call me lucky!
