Honey Mustard Chicken: Review

I don’t know why, but Brent liked this recipe for a very long time and then he just gave it up. Or rather, he made me give it up. He doesn’t like the sauce is brushed under the skin, or the taste. So I don’t know how he missed those things the first several months he ate it. Maybe it was just a case of him bearing with something until he couldn’t any longer.

But I think this chicken is delicious and my kids seem pretty happy with it too. Paige will eat just about anything that comes in drumstick form though. I like the taste too but that’s not my favourite thing about this recipe. I love the fact that it’s quick and easy to whip up and you still feel as though you’ve spent some quality time in the kitchen!

Not that the sauce is difficult to make but you can speed this recipe up by making the sauce ahead of time and it will keep in the fridge for about a week. I like to make it separately for my kids and they can dunk chicken fingers and things into it!
