Cous Cous Salad: Review

This salad just says “Summer!” It’s fresh and light and is packed with all kinds of flavour! The dressing is one of my favourites that I make myself, and I use it whenever I want a light oil dressing. It’s delicious and it keeps in the fridge for at least a few weeks. Just remember that if you have it in your fridge and want to use it, take it out about half an hour beforehand. This is because the oil will harden in the jar and it needs time to warm up so that it can properly mix with the lemon juice before serving.
