Cod En Papillote: Review

“En Papillote” is a French term and its translation literally means, “in parchment.” This dish is often considered to be very fancy and while I don’t know about that, it certainly is a lot of fun! When I served this to my girls, they became quite excited that they were getting a present at dinner time. And that’s sort of like what it is. Just keep the parchment closed and serve it on plates and have your family or your guests just open it up to see what’s inside. And you don’t have to use parchment, aluminum foil works just as well.

Not only is this, in my humble opinion, one of the easiest ways to make fish, it’s also one of the tastiest!
