Chicken with Wild Mushroom and Balsamic Cream Sauce
This is another goodie from Rachel Ray. Let’s face it, her bubbliness is annoying as all hell, but great stuff comes out of her kitchen! And I absolutely love sauteed mushrooms so the fact that this recipe is absolutely packed with them already makes it a winner in my books. If I had to change anything, it would be the orzo pasta simply because I’m not a fan. But this would be wonderful over egg noodles or rice. I still give it a thumbs up!
