This is truly one of those recipes that makes you start thinking about two very different types of dishes and puts them together. Now usually, I’m not one for fusion food. I think that Mexican should be Mexican and Italian should be Italian. But sometimes, fusion is good – like when you put a south-western style barbecue sauce onto an Italian dish like pasta! I wanted something different for my pasta one night and I figured that if people can make barbecue chicken pizza, you can surely make barbecue chicken pasta – and I was right! You absolutely can! And it’s not only something a tiny bit different, but it’s also extremely delicious and really easy too!
