Basic Meatballs: Review

I don’t know where I learned to make meatballs from. I think it’s just one of those things that you pick up along the way and continually add and expand on. This is my most basic recipe for meatballs. These can be used for spaghetti, or slathered in barbecue sauce, heated, and served. Sometimes I even like to take a few out of the freezer and have them for lunch just as they are! The best thing about these is that you can make dozens of them and throw them in a freezer bag. They’ll keep for months once frozen. Even better, they’re cheap to make and have way more flavour than store bought balls.
