Avocado & Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts: Review

I love this recipe so much that it’s definitely one of my very favourites! I love cooking with lime and my love of feta might be another reason. But, what I love most about it is that I made it up all by myself! Inspired by Michael Smith, who’s known for “cooking…without a recipe!” I really was just inspired one day while shopping. I saw the avocados and then the lime, and the rest just fell into place. I did have to kind of make it up as I went along, which is why I egg-washed the breasts instead of using toothpicks. But, it is definitely one I will be making time and time again because it’s just so incredibly delicious! If there is a downside to this meal, it’s that it is a bit pricey to make. For my family, I’m always looking for cheap meals and this is definitely not one of them. But oh God, it’s so good that it’s definitely worth it!
