Pork and apples are just flavours that go together so naturally and this recipe lets you enjoy all those wonderful flavours, even if you don’t like biting into a piece of fruit and meat at the same time (which my BFF is especially adverse to.) This recipe started off with some apple juice that I had in the pantry and didn’t know what to do with, and a beautiful pork roast. The rest just sort of came together as I went. This is an especially great recipe for fall but it’s so tasty, you might end up adding it to your weekly menu, no matter what the season!
