I have to be honest. When I tried this recipe, the last one I had tried from Alton was his Baby Back Ribs recipe – a complete failure. I was on the fence about Alton’s actual recipes, and was hoping that this one for cottage cheese would redeem him. It did. Not only is this recipe easy to make, but who doesn’t love making their own cheese? I make this a lot when I make my own lasagna and it hasn’t disappointed me yet. A lot of milk yes, but a lot of fun too.
