Lime Pineapple Jam

4 cups finely chopped fresh pineapple $3.99
1 3/4 cups sugar $0.40
3 tablespoons lime juice $0.50
1 teaspoon lime zest $0.50

Total Cost    $5.39

1.) In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil until thickened, about 40 minutes.

2.) Pour into hot jars to preserve, or serve and enjoy!
