1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl. Add the dill and the orange peel and stir.
2.) Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chicken, skin side down on prepared baking sheet. Brush the bottoms of the pieces with sauce and turn over. Carefully peel the chicken skin down on each piece and brush with honey mustard sauce. When done, peel the skin back over the sauce and brush the tops of the skin with the sauce.
3.) Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until juices run clear.
4.) Serve and enjoy!
