Grilled Chili Lime Pork Chops

It might not be grilling season, but if your outdoor grill is currently buried under snow, a stove-top grill or even a cast iron skillet will work just fine. Either way, these taste great and ready in about 20 minutes from beginning to end, makes a great weeknight meal!

4 boneless pork chops $5.72
1 teaspoon chili powder $0.47
1 teaspoon garlic powder $0.13
Pinch of cayenne pepper $0.05
Juice of one lime $0.50
1 tablespoon vegetable oil $0.07

Cost per serving $1.73

1.) Preheat the grill on medium-high for about 5 minutes. In a small bowl combine chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, lime juice, and vegetable oil. Brush both sides of the pork chop with the seasoning mixture.

2.) After grill has pre-heated, place chops on grill and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes on one side, depending on the thickness of the chops. Flip, cook for another 3 to 4 minutes, and then transfer to a platter.

3.) Serve and enjoy!
