1 bag small potatoes $3.99
1 litre heavy cream $3.19
2 stalks green onions, chopped $0.14
Zest of one lemon $0.50

1.) Scrub the potatoes clean and place them in a medium-sized pot.
2.) Pour the cream into the pot, over the potatoes and add the green onion and lemon zest.
3.) Stir until everything has been combined.
4.) Heat the potatoes over medium-high heat until the cream begins to boil.
5.) Once it’s boiled, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until potatoes are soft and creamy, about 30 minutes.
6.) Serve and enjoy!
