Chicken Gumbo

So good you have to go all the way to Louisiana to get it!


1 package of Louisiana Fish Fry Products Cajun Gumbo Mix
2 – 3 pounds pre-cooked chicken and/or sausage, or 2 pounds seafood
2 quarts (8 cups) chicken stock

1.) In a large pot, combine chicken stock and Gumbo Mix. Stir well and bring to a boil.

2.) Add the meat.

3.) Cover and bring to a second boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Spoon liberally over rice so that the dish has a consistency slightly like soup.

4.) Serve and enjoy!
