Salmon with Lemon and Dill


4 salmon fillets                                                       $9.98
1/4 cup butter, melted                                             $0.23
Juice of 2 lemons                                                   $1.60
1 tablespoon dried dillweed                                    $0.04
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder                                      $0.02
Salt and pepper to taste                                          $0.01

Total Cost                                                                    $11.88

1.) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a medium-sized casserole dish with cooking spray.
2.) Place the salmon in the sprayed dish. Combine the butter and lemon juice and pour over the salmon. Season the salmon with the garlic powder, dillweed, salt, and pepper.
3.) Bake salmon for 25 minutes, or until the flesh is light pink and flakes with a fork.
4.) Serve and enjoy!
